Glokenklang 3 band pre-amp – Intermittent fault. Sold within seconds! £25

Up for sale, a Glokenklang 3 band pre-amp. It has been removed from a Sandberg Basic model bass with a single MusicMan style Humbucker.
It features a volume, bass, middle and treble controls - I’m not sure if you run more than 1 pickup from it as there’s no blend pot.

There appears to be an intermittent fault with the unit where it can be a bit noisy in some situations/venues and perfectly quiet in others. This only happens in active mode, its quiet at all times in passive mode.
Don’t really know how to describe it other than that, it’s as though it picks up interference and is noisy. I had the bass fully shielded, tried different basses, batteries, cables etc. so I’m as sure as I can be that it is the pre-amp that is causing the issue.
