dadofsix
Friends with the lot in both bands. But, in the main band, the wives are also good friends. Tis like family. :-)
acidbass
I guess the reason my band doesn't have any interpersonal issues is that we are all pretty laid back, have a collective good sense of humour and don't take ourselves too seriously. We also all have a mutual hatred of our sound technician
HazBeen
Same here, 3 bands (although some with the same people) never any issues. Why? Because we have a laugh and enjoy each others company outside and inside the music. For me, unless you are mates (or become mates in the 1st year) egos could get in the way. It is also about picking your fights, too many people nowadays want it MY way NOW, which is a very bad development within human society both in music and life. blue
For me, unless you are mates (or become mates in the 1st year) egos could get in the way.
Being mates is great especially when your young. For older guys 60+,were pretty much set with mates. I still find the strictly business model with no hang as the best way to avoid interpersonal issues. Over here, after I've performed 8-12 hours with you,I don't really need to see any more of you. Blue Edited January 2, 2016 by blue
