Off to see BADBADNOTGOOD tomorrow night. Only found out about the gig yesterday and I'm pretty excited. Always making interesting music and as it's Mexico City i expect they will have some cool guests and Chester Hansen puts down some lovely lines so having a good bassist is always a bonus.

On the heels of The Tubs a couple of weeks ago, I’m seeing Ex-Voïd at The Victoria in Dalston tomorrow night

 

in Love Again has been one of my favourite albums of 2025, so I’m looking forward to this

Just turned up at my local club for the Red Hot Pokers. They've backed lots of famous blues players and toured as  van Morrison's band. That's Marco Palladino on drums (Pino's brother). Not bad for a local club, and it's packed.
