dannybuoy Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Bought tickets for Vulfpeck but that's ages away! Apart from that, off to see my favourite local rock band The Simpletone next weekend. Check their stuff out on iTunes and Spotify and whatnot! Quote

Si600 Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 I think we might be going to see Terrorvision in Coventry next month. I need to beat the troops into shape so I can get the right number of tickets! Quote

Bassmonkey Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Ultimate Bowie tribute tomorrow night at Brudenell Social Club. Should be good. Quote
troubadour Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Also at the Brudenell - Nicholas Allbrook, next Tuesday. Just trying to work out why Tav Falco is on at the same time?! Quote
MoonBassAlpha Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Miracle Legion at the Jericho, Oxford Fri 3rd. They are doing a few UK gigs as a duo. We are doing a support as a late stand-in. I must admit I hadn't really heard of them, but they're good, in an R.E.M vein, and have been going about as long too! Quote
nicsim Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 AC/DC - Etihad Stadium next week. I gave serious consideration to letting my ticket go after they announced the Brian Johnson/Axl swap - nothing against Axl, but it just didn't seem right. However, he seems to have the thumbs up from fans and press, so I guess it'll still be worth it. I do have a spare ticket..... Quote

seashell Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 The next 'big name' I will be seeing is Bad Company in October. My old school friend is coming up to Brum for the occasion, so it's going to be a fun weekend. We will be the ones down the front throwing our knickers at Paul Rodgers. Quote
vsmith1 Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 Status Quo for the first time at Windermere on 18 of June Quote
