Greg Howe at the Underworld tonight, world's stickest-floored venue.

Mohini Dey on bass.

Lucky Ducky! Fancied that myself but couldn't drag the Mrs. She's not keen on the fusion...

On the plus side, I'm seeing Macca next!

When carrying your pint from the bar to the mosh, it’s easy to miss your step in the gloom at the bottom the stairs and spill a few drops on the floor to add more stickiness. Don't ask me how I know 😀

Sounds like that should be a very good gig 😎

I shall be up the road seeing Squeeze at The Roundhouse

Pretty certain that the Rock City floor is stickier!

I hear they harvest the sticky and export to other local venues, Dublin Castle is an especially heavy consumer

Waiting for James Oliver with Norman Watt-Roy.  10 minutes walk from home... except I had to drive to pick up my partner abd will take her back afterwards. Filthy weather so no beer :(

Great attendance for a wet sunday afternoon!

Mrs Lurks is in the land of nod , so she won’t miss me for an hour or two , but I’ll give her a nudge when I get back 😁

Sleep Token at O2 London.

My daughter was going with her partner but they've recently split and all her friends are working on Friday. She was going to go alone but has talked me into tagging along.

I've no idea what they're like and I've purposely not listened to them so it'll be a surprise.

Nile Rogers and Chic on Friday at the Leicester O2 Academy (Leicester Uni). Small venue so really looking forward to it

Just had a quick look - wow that band has had a lot of past members! 😂

We’re going to see Northern Soul Orchestrated at The Globe Theatre in Stockton this Thursday.

Same line up that did the Northern Soul Proms last year at the RAH. The great Steve Pearce is

on bass along with the BBC Concert Orchestra , and Stuart Maconie presenting. Can’t wait!

Off with Mrs C to the Forum in Kentish Town tomorrow night to see The Lightning Seeds, which will be the second time we have seen them this year

No idea who/if any support might be; it appears to be a closely guarded secret

Now that Michael Angelo Batio is playing with them, I was thinking of going to see Manowar at their only (so far) UK gig next year at the Brixton Academy.

Then I saw the cheapest ticket are £103.55 (plus fees) so thought feck that!

A bit different to most of the artists in this thread, Rick Wakeman tomorrow evening in Bexhill on Sea. Almost an annual for us as he’s an old friend of Mrs Edge. And on the 27th. Peter Pan. Yes, really. The only show next year so far is Derren Brown in Brighton.

The wonderful  Ms. S. Has just secured tickets to Phil Cambell and the Bastard Sons at the O2.

Apparently Alice Cooper and Judas Priest are playing too, which is a bonus.
