Gator Short Rack Case/Small Amps

Just started the rackmount project with a Gator 6u short rack case. I wanted something deep enough for my Big Bang but not too deep. They're 14.25" deep from front rack to rear of rear lid which is ideal including cables etc. 2u, 3u, 4u and 6u sizes. The gap's for a mixer. Just thought this would be useful for anyone else looking.

Good post - I found when I had my SVT3-PRO that once in a traditional rack-case it then became enormous. These smaller cases look great.

I have several. They're excellent. You can get stuff up to 14.5 inches from face plate to rear (there's extra room for knobs, handles at the front) in them. Shop around - discounts to be had.

The Hartke LH amps fit in the Gator shallow 2u racks perfectly and those are big amps

How do the Gator shallow cases compare with the Boschma ones?

Just had a quick look at the Boschma shallow case - at 280mm it isn't deep enough which is the problem I had with other stuff.
