Tait Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 (edited) for sale is my ashdown five fifteen amp. i dont know how much this is worth (they're about £120 new, but don't know what they sell for secondhand), so if anyone can tell me that'd be great! im selling cos i dont need something this big just for messing around in my room on, so i'd also consider trades for a similar priced or cheaper + cash practice amp thats quite small. i can get pictures if you like, but its in perfect condition so if you google images ashdown five fifteen you see what you're getting. cheers, Luke. EDIT: price drop - £55 + postage EDIT: only serious buyers please guys, thats twice this was supposed to have sold only for the buyer to not buy. Edited January 4, 2009 by LWTAIT

Protium Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 How old is it? What sort of spec are you looking to trade for?
Tait Posted October 5, 2008 Author Posted October 5, 2008
How old is it? What sort of spec are you looking to trade for?
err... i dunno exactly how old it is tbh. i've only been playing 4 years, and i had another amp before this one. as for what spec im looking for, the reason im selling this is cos this was my main amp for rehersals and stuff, but now we got a music room i use my dads much bigger amp for rehersals and so this is in my bedroom. i don't need something this big for practice in my bedroom, so i just want something small! i usually only slightly tweek the EQ anyway, i usually find my tone on my bass.
Protium Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Yeah, I see what you mean, looking at the Ashdown site it's quite a big box. I don't really have the space for it sorry.
Machines Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 I remember selling mine for £130 about 4 years ago.. this is silly cheap.
CPBass Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 Hi Luke, Can you give me a price including postage? Cheers Col
Platypus Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008
Hi Luke, Can you give me a price including postage? Cheers Col
You should be able to ship it via Parcelflight (parcelflight.co.uk) for £11.75 next day delivery includes insurance to £75 P
Tait Posted October 18, 2008 Author Posted October 18, 2008 i dont know how much postage is, but im betting it will cost an absolute bomb, so if you live reasonably close to nottingham i'll be willing to meet halfway (im willing to travel a couple of hours). of course, as platypus says, parcelflight are £11.75, and i think thats the cheapest it'll get.

MB1 Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 (edited) MB1. Is the control panel silver(black writing)NEWER MODEL ..... or dark greeny coloured?(gold writing)OLDER MODEL ........will give an idea of age! Edited December 29, 2008 by MB1
Tait Posted December 30, 2008 Author Posted December 30, 2008 (edited) its silver, it'll be four years old at most, probably less than that, because ive only been paying four years and bought it new, and played through my dads old laney for a while before i got this.
