Owen Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015
Conversely, the Octavius Squeezer also showed us that complicated does not mean a better user experience. Kev Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Petty issue, but is that really the final artwork on the pedal?? Quote
HazBeen Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Stuff it, I will not be purchasing (again) the MB Synth, it will be this.......... Even if it is only to get the DI prices down ... See original Bass Whammy prices lately? Starting to get sensible again.... Quote
I still love my OS.The ability to create your own patches from scratch and tweak the presets to your liking, plus 50 saveable presets, (the defaults of which are fantastic) puts the Squeezer in a class of its own.The UI IS clunky and complicated but given the range of effects achievable, it's worth the effort. Bo0tsy Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Forgot to say I am looking forward to hearing some demos of the Future Impact though. Quote

MacDaddy Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 can it approximate a bass sound similar to the one on Smooth Criminal? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_D3VFfhvs4 Quote
ProfFrink Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 AFAIK no one's ever heard it yet. On the TB thread, the creator just promised the first ever samples clip to be released within the coming week. Quote
lokki Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 first samples are on youtube: https://youtu.be/G0A-3MnNrWw Quote
elephantgrey Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Starting at 5:12 there, when playing smoke on the water, its tracking well down below the 5th frett. Im impressed with the sounds on the whole, but would like to hear what others do with it. Quote
E sharp Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 That sounds great - really good to demo it with the direct comparison to the DI . Demo shows no difference in models on the patches shown . I'll definitely be interested when it comes out . Quote
iamtheelvy Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Liking some of the additional non-SB1 sounds too! Quote
elephantgrey Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 I would really like to see if you can get some tighter more modern tones out of it aswell. Dont get me wrong, im loveing what im hearing, i just would be able to justify the GAS more if i could get some DnB tones out of it also. Quote

MacDaddy Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 I wonder if this will drive down the re-sale value of the original? Quote
paul_5 Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Definitely don't need one. Probably can't afford one. Still want one! Quote
