Norris
I need to screen the lower chamber of the thinline telecaster that I'm building before I glue the top piece on. Any recommendations? Copper tape might be a bit awkward to fit so I'm looking at conductive paint. Any particular brands to go for or avoid?
essexbasscat
I must admit I could only find via one source for graphite paint on e bay when I looked a few years ago. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else has other sources

Anybody used it?
BILL POSTERS
Ooh - I like the sound of aerosols. Anybody used it?
Looks like what we used to call Aquadag. If it is, it was sprayed on the outside of cathode ray tubes for years. Not very flexible but it certainly sticks on glass. Ghost_Bass
I have a graphite aerosol can at home. I bought it from an electronics store. I used it to re-paint my Smith's electronic chamber (the original conductive paint sunk in to the wood and it was buzzing a bit). Worked a treat!
I'd have thought that if you are going to do it before attaching the top, copper tape should be simple to fit. It's certainly a lot easier to connect to the earth side of the wiring than conductive paint, which you will have to do for the screening to be effective. My John Birch had an unearthed all-over rear scratchplate which was a static magnet. It worked but you only get a seriously tiny little bottle of it. Norris
I ended up getting some "Conductive Shielding Paint" from catmusic99.co.uk I got 3x 30ml bottles which should hopefully be enough Edit: And it was reasonably priced.
