ChaoticMike
Hi all, Is there a place on the forum to post stolen equipment to watch out for? Specifically, a near mint blonde Ray35 modified with thumb rest, and some used Ashdown gear - 1×15 and 2x10 cabs, both with covers, and a used looking Mag ?350 head. Grrr... ChaoticMike
Thanks all, location is Basingstoke Hampshire. RAY35 is pale blonde, VVGC but the thumb rest is a giveaway, being non-standard. The Ashdown speakers are in pretty good nick, the grilles are a little dented but no significant marks, because they had covers from new. The amp (might be Mag 350 - quite old) has some Tipex marks for EQ. What else might help? Mike

The Admiral
Probably been said already but check out your local Crack Converters and car boots. You can email pics to the crackies, but just as well to drop in and see if they've got it up for sale. A 5 is more niche than a 4, and the brand is less mainstream than your usual fenders and squiers. Also worth mailing all the local guitar shops, as they may try and well it in one of them. Also, is there a local muso FB page in your area? That gets the message about - and the more publicity, the better. Good luck - I hope it finds its way home.
