Bass dilemma - Mayones Jabba vs Fender Deluxe Jazz???

I'm seriously torn between the two. Love them both but can only afford one. As they're both pretty much the same price I don't know which way to go. Arghhh...

I used to have a Stingray years ago which I foolishly sold to buy a Telecaster. I would definitely have another. Maybe next year. I'm surprised you had a bad Mayones as you would expect, with the price they sell for, that their QT would be as good as the other major manufacturers.

I suppose if it was me and I really liked them both equally, they both were of comparable quality and both did what I wanted/needed, then the decision would be down to which one I felt would lose the least money, when the time came to move it on.
