Realise lots will already be very familiar with Vulfpeck, but for those who aren't ...... Truly great funk , what's not to like from bass player joe dart https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hNn9_NMaW5k https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KQRV0c1KXYc Edited November 28, 2015 by Wonky2
cameltoe
Like that a lot, real cool music. What's up with the drummer? Good bassist.
RickyV
Love these guys and Joe Dart is awesome. One of my favourite tracks, the first half of it at least and Joe Darts tone on this one in particular I just love:- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41o5QeG-E_Y
Sammers
Love these guys and Jack Stratton's quirkiness! Did anyone get on the crowdfunding for the last album?
Doctor J
Ah, didn't realised they had put out something new since Fugue State. Bought and downloading now
Wonky2
Plenty bass player can play this genre as its what a lot of us like, but not many full bands can support it, pull it off or provide a bass player with the correct platform quite so well, some excellent musicianship in the mingle.... Love it

krispn
It's worth noting the compressor these guys developed with Good Hz So I've added a link to the vulfpeck compressor drum demos. Man that comp does make things get funky!!! I'd say it plays a part in the bass tone which perfectly compliments Joes playing. You can also hear Joes playing on the more restrained trad stuff with The Olllam The Olllam https://m.soundcloud.com/the-olllam/bridge-of-glllass Comp demo https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6D9WvwMNr8 Edited March 23, 2016 by krispn
Funky Dunky
I've been avoiding checking them out because their name irritates me beyond measure (I'm quite childish that way). Just checked them out, and damn, they are good. Joe Dart is tremendous.
