crabman Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 (edited) Hi, Up for sale is my first bass, bought three years ago from Andertons in Guildford. These Yamaha basses are incredible value for money, and are well thought of for both quality and tone. I've just bought an american precision bass to go with my jazz, and I have been informed that the house maximum is two (for the moment...) so it is time to reluctantly say goodbye to this one. It has a set of new Rotosound bass 66 strings six months ago, and has hardly been played since. I've included the original Yamaha strings as well as frankly there is still plenty of life in them - I just wanted to learn how to restring a bass! There is a slight mark on the lacquer on the back, which you can only see if the light is right. There is also a small indentation on the back of the neck near the high frets which is shown, but I never seem to notice it when playing. The bass comes with the original box and manuals etc. Local pick up only from Wokingham in Berkshire, and you are more than welcome to try it out before making your mind up.
