TC Nova System on bass

Tuner wasn't very good on bass, compressor seemed okay for a multi. OD and Distortion were very good IMO and the modulation a okay. The delays and reverbs were excellent, this is where TC excels. Quite underrated IMO

I'm using one at the mo. Pretty much as above...

Delay and Reverb are too class.
Modulation is Ok, though very subtle on bass.
Compression is decent enough.
Drive section is pretty decent.

For the cost it's an excellent unit.

I've owned the G-Force, G Major 2, the Mova System and now the G System! All are aw some and I agree with the comments above. Great sounding effects. The Nova System is the only one with an Analogue drive section which as has been said has a great time to it. The only thing I'd say is that the drive section (not the rest of the signal path) is tailored for guitars, therefore there is in fact a bass roll off when passing signal in to the input through the drive section on to the DSP. There is no roll off when you bypass the drive section using the Line In instead. That said, you could probably get some low end back my boosting the lows post drive section with EQ.

I that said, it's a super unit.
