GAS - What does it mean?

GAS means one of two things... little fibs, or divorce.

I went through a bout of bass and amp GAS that lasted about 10 years.

In that time I bought and sold £36000 worth of basses and amps on Ebay alone. That doesnt include stuff that I bought or sold on here or Gumtree. Thing is that overall it didn't cost me a penny as I made money on some of my purchases and I sold one thing to buy another.

I think I've had about 110 basses, 20 amps, 10 combos and maybe 40 odd cabs.

^^^ - Totally sympathise, I've just bought yet another Orange Matamp that I don't need, & the guy says there's a 200 that might need a home (!) - my birthday comes up early next year......I'm going to land up in the hire business at this rate..........
