Bassman Steve
Any of you technical bods out there any thoughts on why there might be noise coming out of a speaker when the amp to which it's connected is on mute? I don't imagine a speaker can generate noise on its own but I am wondering what the problm might be. The speaker connections are speakons, in case that is significant (maybe a mismatch in the connections within the speakon cable).+ Thanks in advance for any help. KingBollock
I would imagine it would depend on what kind of noise and where the muting happens. If it only mutes the input, there is a lot of potential noise making gubbins still connected.
