Help with ESP 5 string bass please?

Hi all,
Could anyone help to identify this bass and what it's worth please? I bought it 2 years ago on a whim!! All I was told that it's a Grassroots ESP bass with an ebony fretboard.

Confusing! Body shape and head say ESP LTD but pickups, controls and bridge pieces are not like any ESP I have seen, and I own two of them. What does it say on the head? I wonder if it has had a new face put on it?

All it says on headstock is Grassroots & on the back it says produced by ESP,it's such a powerful bass!!

according to google Grassroots is a Japan-only brand from ESP, with a more affordable price tag, the early ones were apparently made in japan, later ones in korea,

I remember seeing a load of Grassroots basses on Denmark St years ago, just before the LTDs started to appear. We're talking late 90s.
