So I am letting go of this beauty - an ABSOLUTELY beautiful bass, the coolest I've owned. Got it from Scooby here on BC recently via a trade - it is an amazing instrument but I could do with some cash. You know the score: immaculate attention to detail, perfect construction, tone to die for. It captures every nuance of your playing, and it elegantly navigates a thin line between a classic single coil and a smooth modern tone, with lots of growl and punch but without a hint of harshness. Electronics are top notch! All in all, a world-class instrument - I prefer it to every Alembic and Fodera I've ever tried. And it only weighs 3.5 kg! Condition is excellent, there's just some light scratching on the back near the back plate - the rest is mint. Full flightcase and shipping included. Straight sale price is 3000£. - now 2700£!! I've heard respected bass outlets rubbish them as all about looks and not very good basses. I know, I was flabergasted too!! These instruments are displayed at The Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC alongside legendary Stradivarius ' Greffuhle ' , Amati ' King Louis XIV ' and other instruments that were and are the very pinnacle of instrument making . Try one and try all ways to buy one. They are rediculously good whichever angle you want to think about them.
