It was the striking incongruity (and blatant untruth...) in the punctuation which infers here is a method by which 'MODS' may be 'DELETED DUE TO IDIOT ERROR' is being proposed, when, in reading further, nothing could be further from the truth. Mods cannot be deleted, neither through idiot error nor by any other means.
Believe me; I've tried.
