Can't really choose between two or three, I would probably decide the moment right before I started sawing the thing.
Two appears like the more "traditional" look for a burl top, three has a charm of its own. One isn't doing it for me.

I'd go for #2, I like the swirl pattern on the forearm and control knob areas.

This stuff is agonising though and you're better off not actually having a choice! Presented with any of those as a finished bass I'd be happy, but having the choice leaves you forever wondering if you've chosen the right one!

Number 2 looks the best to me,love the contrast beween the light and dark.

When I did mine it was a nightmare deciding which way round to have it, so much so it gave me sleepless nights ....but, one things for sure, whichever you choose, its going to look stunning.

2 because it's better than 3. I wouldn't use one, it looks like there's too much wood missing where the controls will be and you need that area to be as solid as possible and, even though it'll be epoxied to bejaysus, it would still bother me.

Number 1

I would have gone for two but the location of the crack is quite unfortunate, i like how it is symmetrical on 1.
