RhysP Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 (edited) I'm having lots of problems with it today, pages not loading & posts not posting. Ironically that one posted just fine. Edited December 31, 2015 by RhysP Quote

discreet Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Site seemed to be down for a little while, but OK now... Quote
Cato Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 I had a bit of trouble last night when it didn' t want to load, but it's been ok today. (At least as ok as its been since my kindle browser updated itself about a week ago since when I've been unable to view embedded videos- but that problem is definitely at my end). Quote
PaulWarning Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 yep, keeps getting timed out, yesterday was dodgy too Quote
Balcro Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 It's probaby all linked back to the DDOS attack on the BBC. That sort of thing usually has a knock-on effect. It will get better. Quote

taunton-hobbit Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Thanks ped - I wondered if it was linked to the BBC problem (which is still not fully sorted) - someone 'out there' means business.......... Quote
discreet Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 We're so addicted to the internet... you don't need to blow people up or murder them with guns - a determined DoS attack that made the internet unusable for more than about a week or so would see millions of people commit suicide rather than go without their online fix. Maude Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Would whatever these attacks are possibly be responsible for my home internet keep dropping out, restarting or whatever you call it? The front of my BT hub keeps going red for thirty seconds or so before returning to the normal blue. Quote
