This is twice now I've had a dodgy string in a pack (different brands) and twice now when I've contacted strings direct that they were kind enough to send a new string or a whole new set.
And when I've emailed for whatever reason they have always been prompt and polite.
There postage has always been prompt too.
There not the cheapest but I do trust them. So big shout out to them.
