Got to clear out a few things and unfortunately this has to go. SOLD
This is a lovely Yamaha BB405 that was originally fretted and has been converted to a fretless by luthier Andy Viccars. See his website here: www.andyviccarscustom.co.uk

A lovely ebony board has been added to the bass along with glow in the dark position markers on the side.
The ebony board is perfectly fitted and plays brilliantly!

The makers are Luminlay Markers which can be seen here, http://www.luminlay.com/
and also a demonstration video of this bass by its previous owner.

I don't have the luminlay torch, but any small torch should do the trick.
Great condition, got some ernie ball strings on it at the moment. Few discreet scratches, usual marks for a glass black finish, so discreet I couldn't get them to photograph.

The bass is in North London if anyone wants to come try it. Or I can post it for say £10 UK?
I have a box and some packing materials.

I really enjoy playing this bass, but can't really justify having two fretless basses at this point.

Thanks for looking.

Ahh my old bass. Hope it goes to a good home. Served me well for a few years. Fabulous bass for the money, the ebony fingerboard is awesome. Sorry you're having to move it on Ben, but know how it is...
