changing strings

Hi i am just about to change strings ( to Eurosonics) for the first time on my Bridge upright, any tips on how to proceed,how many turns should i aim for on the string posts etc?

Cheers, i should have looked i bit harder as i bought them from Bob! sound great so far and while being easier on the hands still have enough tension.
