Big fan of the whole genre; Brazilian, Cuban, Argentinian etc. Hate that I cannot play the genre properly as Felixstowe is seriously lacking in percussionists!! Here are a couple of my attemtps!!

It's something that you have to immerse yourself in. A good friend of mine is an Argentinian, he's a really great guitar player, but also a really great latin style bassist. He grew up listening to it.
