[/quote] I have to be honest, it plays great! The neck is neither too fat nor skinny as say a fender jazz neck. I have not found it too heavy to wear but again that's a personal thing and the range of tones available is amazing. Having a Fender Deluxe Active jazz bass (which too can be dialled in for a variety of tones) the sound of this is like no other! It can be bright and clean or growly and low. The Zero Mod thumb rest is in the perfect position for my hand, the action is just right for me and I'm finding it difficult to put down 😀 why did I wait so long before getting one of these!
