Wonky2 Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Just happened upon an old clip i saw a while ago with pino playing and noticed a scribbling on his bass ? Probably been asked/ answered a million times on here , but can any one could enlighten me as to what it says and means.... Nothing more than curiosity really, it just caught my eye and beckoned me to look closer Right at start of clip.... Near bridge / g string.... ??? Quote
BassTractor Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 It probably says "Precision" in Precision's own handwriting. I hear Fender built Pino Palladino a Precision Signature Bass. Other than that: - Which bass? His Freedom Rhino, his StingRay, his Precision, his... ? - Which clip? Quote
ahpook Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Do you mean this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRjiMN2qJHI By the looks of it, it says 'King Rollo' - Pino's obviously a fan of the swivel-limbed cartoon character Quote
RockfordStone Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 i couldn't tell you what they mean, but reading the thread title i thought we were in for another "Jaco's aimless noodling" style thread Quote
