However I ended up buying a USA 'Ray so this never got off the ground. Black and maple combo and comes with both black and white scratchplates. The pickup and control plate are removed as you can see but they will be included (the p/up has no foams, springs or screws). So all in all, a cheap little project that can be turned back into a usable bass with minimal work and just the p/up bits, or a good basis for upgrading to a higher spec. I have no box or case so would need to be collected from Bristol or can meet up within approx 25 miles from me.
