BassBus Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016
The Hotel California is closed tonight. RIP
You can check out any time you like but you can never leave. There seems to be a spate of name deaths at this time every year. Sad times. But all these guys have burnt the candle at both ends. Quote
Ashweb Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Very sad news indeed, even more shocking as it came out of the blue. Seems we can't turn on the TV or go on line without hearing about another great that has left us. Mind you, there's going to be one heck of a jam session going on up there. RIP Glen and Dave - you will be sadly missed but your memory will live on for years to come through the music you left behind to inspire those who will follow. Quote
chris_b Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 As always, not nice to find out some has passed. His legacy is the music, which was great and that film. . . which dented his reputation for me forever. Quote
