Whilst we're talking long lost basses....Fender P, Maple Neck, Newcastle, late 80's

Seeing a couple of long shot threads recently, thought I'd try my luck.

Fender Precision (Made in Japan...maybe), sold in Newcastle in about 1989. Maple neck. Main distinguishing feature was that under the scratchplate there was lots of writing scratched in...a name, a postcode, and a number starting 'NW' IIRC.

Wild stab in the dark, but I wondered if any BCers had come across such a bass.
