Problems with Hotrox FX !!!!!

Anyone else had a run in with these guys? I cant seem to get a hold of them to chase up a Ciok power supply i bought from them!

Paid for 1st class delivery over a week ago . . . no power supply! No reply to my emails, phone rang out today.

Unusual. They are normally very responsive. If it gives you peace of mind, they are also a physical shop in Nottingham who have been there for a good ten years.

I'll bet their systems are down or something.

The status of the DC5 on the website has changed from IN STOCK when I ordered it to Contact us . . . I get the feeling they realise they have mucked up.
Still a bit unprofessional not to reply to any of my emails over a week.
Tbh I think I would rather have a refund to order it from Thomann.

They do seem disorganised. I wanted a CIOK power supply a while ago and I was enquirying whether they had that particular model or not... I gave up.
