Lovely colour, I'm very tempted but haven't got the funds at the minute. 😢

I can't see this taking long to sell!

Do these sound as good as they look?
[/quote]

Oh yeah, she sounds really amazing.
With the tone push/pull you'll get a deep scooped sound (push) or a warm and smooth vintage sound (pull).

Yes, there`s a cracking clip of Valery Pellegrini playing one of these on Youtube (number 5 of 6, he`s showing off the whole Schechter range I think), do a search, well worth it, they sound amazing.

What is the width of the neck at the nut and how heavy is it?

neck width is 38mm. weight is 4,3 kg / 9.5 lbs

Sorry I may be missing something here. Is the tone knob controlled 'coil tap' you mention the same as the S1 switch, i.e. pickups in series or parallel or is there something else going on i.e. the p/ups are not single coils?

Thanks

Just done some googling and I think I have answered my own question. Apparently 4 wires per pickup so looks like some kind of stacked coil arrangement.

I don't usually like Jazz basses, but this looks really nice - perhaps because of the pickups? I'm so used to seeing these as blank/plain black on jazz basses.

GLWTS.

Thanks :)
These MonsterTone II pickups look great and sound even better.

I have a Schecter Diamond P5 that is so good, I very quickly bought it back after foolishly selling it last summer..

Only my opinion of course, but this range of Schecter basses is very underrated!

Because of that, I'm not surprised this hasn't sold yet, but when it does, someone's going to be very happy with their purchase.

GLWTS
