A brief update. I have been asked a couple of times for quotes to send this outside of the UK. Today I looked into it fairly thoroughly and, as far as i can tell, the small print of *all* the main couriers excludes full cover for musical instruments. One has limited cover and only if sent in a hard case. So UK only - preferably meet half-way or I deliver it - unless someone can a/ point me in the direction of a courier who will insure it or b/ you arrange your own courier and take the risk yourself.
