Peavey 6505 £500

Selling my Peavey 6505 with Mercury Magnetics upgraded power Transformer and Choke. Amp in good condition and working order. The grill on the top of the amp has cracked a bit around some of the screws - I think this is quite a common problem with the amp.

This amp is extremely heavy in tone and very tight. Does that metal/hard rock sound - sounds even better with a tube screamer in front of it. Can get some decent marshall-esque crunch tone from it too.

Reason for sale is that I have just borrowed my brother in laws JCM 800 2203 and now I need one!!
