bayles Posted January 27, 2016 Share Posted January 27, 2016 Hi guys , bit of an odd question but im hoping one of you may be able to point me in the right direction. Im a Bass player based in Ireland and im also in my final Degree year in college doing International Business and Innovation. For one of my final innovation assessments i need to develop an innovative new product and get it to the point of being launched to market. I have come up with a new form of guitar stand that has never been seen before, however i am on the "financials" of my business plan and i am trying to get a handle on how many guitar players or Bands currently exist in the UK and Ireland. Im aware this is a long shot but would anyone happen to know of an organisation or website that may have some rough stats for what i need , I just need to reinforce my Business plan with figures of a potential market.. steve-bbb Posted January 28, 2016 Share Posted January 28, 2016 what happens if you come up with a stunningly good idea? make sure you declare that you have full copyright on your designs or better still ask whoever has set this brief whether there is any tacit implication that they (in this case the educational establishment) have automatic copyright as the task was set as part of your course work (similar principal applies frequently with employers and they often state this in employment terms of reference which you sign when you accept a position) throw them a curve ball and ask them who has copyright on ideas submitted as coursework Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
