Novation support

Hi,

Just a post regarding Novation support.

I made myself a set of bass pedals using an old Novation Bass Station1 I bought from Ebay.

Has been working fine.

Got it out for a rehearsal with my new band and one of the knob tops was missing.

Found Novation's email address and dropped them a line asking if I can buy some replacements.

Got a reply saying they would put some in the post for free.

So thanks Novation, great service.

I've just had my Ultranova repaired after some clumsiness by me, & the Novation/Focusrite service was equally top notch.
