I cant decide if i do, i like the paint but not to sure on the rest of it:

Wow, that's an old US "Son of a Rich" series. Pretty rare.

Goofy design. Headstock looks like an amateur copy of a wal mk1 headstock.

Paint scheme is jazzy however.

I think these pre-date the first Wal by a few years (the design at least).
