No issues, everything works perfectly.
Comes with hard case.

It is upgraded to Soul II. Mid frequencies on EQ are changed to be like on Soul II.
I haven't played Soul I (I bought amp like already upgraded) so I cannot tell you the difference, but I found on forums the sound has more presence and is more opened and fundamental.

I once had a heartrock and found it had a wonderful sound.
If the soul 2 has that same sound it is a real winner.
