I have one of these but tbh it's pretty crap for bass. The cheapo electric drum kit sounds great through it but for bass practice I use a knackered old 1x12 powered monitor wedge in preference

I have a kustom combo. Brilliant for what it is .
Has a cd input also.
Very loud , and handles a five string brilliantly .
Got mine brand new in a part exchange for a peavy amp in Sudbury .

Btw: the cube amp looks tempting , and the you pube demos are rather good .
If I never had seperate effects units I would buy that .

I've got one of the little Roland Cubes and it's been perfect for me. As another person who knows very little about amps, it's easy enough just to plug in and play with headphones.
