Messaged re. the 2 bolt/screws missing from the tuners assembly; amazing if they've been like that for 50 years !!

I don't know anything about Fenders, but I'd be very uneasy about five poor pics at that price.

Also, the tuner shape verifies the age of the tuners ([u]if[/u] they are Fenders...), not the bass.

I would not buy off those images....the neck stamp looks ok from the images and from online info 66 was the first year of block inlays so it may be cosha
