Hi everyone,

This may have been done before on here, but wanted to start a thread where everyone who is in a band can put up their web address or myspace so others can have a gander... ;o)

Write a bit about your band and the website address!

I'll start...

The band is called 'Hope Remains Lost', we are from Bristol and we play Rock/Metal stuff.

Our myspace address is: www.myspace.com/hoperemainslost

Check us out! :))

Now your turn...

Please ignore the bass on most of the live gigs. I'm probably half cut. And crap.

Kismetik - we're sort of punk/surf/oi/psychobilly with abit of Ennio Morricone :)

A few months ago I've joined Modern Metal team, called Sound Injected...

Records are quite old (of course, without me then...)

But, still, you can check us out right There :)

My wedding band have a website here:

http://www.firstclassmusic.net/

My first impression when I saw it was that we looked like a country and western band. That opening pic makes us all look we have really fat faces.

The samples on the site were recorded using a minidisc recorder about 20 feet in front of the PA so they're not perfect.

Here's our bebo site that i did

I play in a band called Within The Void www.withinthevoid.com featuring Pin (ex-Sikth) Jamie Hunt (Ex-Biomechanical), myself and drummer Thomas Lang. We are currently looking for a world class singer to complete the line up!

There are no choons on the website yet, but add yourself to our myspace to get updates!

Oh go on then.

Band: The Alibi

MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/the_alibi - though this is with keyboards. I really should change the guff as he hasn't played with us yet this year and we now have a second guitarist for most gigs. I've been trying to get our sound guy to record a couple of gigs for me to mix & update the sounds, but it hasn't happened as yet :)

Play: Rock covers - you'll get the idea from MySpace.

We have been together for quite a few years now. Prior to this the band was called A Kind of Fury and was me the guitarist & drummer with a different vocalist.

Gigging along the south coast in any pubs that'll have us, and old enough to know better but what better way to spend a Friday or Saturday night than going out & making some noise

Not us fella, unless some kind soul dropped off a few of our flyers after our recent gig at the Lion. I'm not often in Cas during the day but if I ever am I'll pop in and say hello, maybe more likely to see you at a gig especially if we end up on the same bill at any all dayers next year.

I was looking at some Thomas Lang vids on youtube yesterday, he's a pretty good drummer like.

If you insist...

Wag The Dog, we're a three piece doing punk, indie, and ska type covers around Guildford in Surrey. Lots of parties, a few pubs and the odd wedding. Crap name, but we're pretty tight with loads of energy. Frontman's a cheeky chappy too - good with the banter. Been going nearly two years and is a good laugh.

We're The Reluctant and we play BritSkunk (kind of ska funk influenced rather English sounding rock original stuff). We loiter around Brighton. I play bass, sing and do quite a lot of the writing.

The band's called Seven Days - a wedding entertainment, functions and party band.

www.weddingentertainmentband.co.uk

I've been with them for around two and a half years now. In that time, we've replaced the drummer and only just recruited a keyboard player. So things are still on the up and I'm having a great time so all's well.

Fondly called (for the moment) The Gerry Coleman All Stars. Well that's what Gerry is calling us. We don't really care.

Can't really put a category label on it - light, melodic, poppish-rock, maybe?

Dood - that's some hefty gig you've got going, man - good luck with it!

We are the Steely-Eyed Missile Men-we play, to quote Sean of this forum 'Cool Dirty Boogie'. Mainly Blues/R'n'B/Blues rock with the odd modern one thrown in if we feel like it, with original material also gradually filtering in as I write 'em. All Ambulance staff, for our sins. Currently on a gig-hunting drive. Lots of new pics added to the Myspace page, link in signature.

Cracking bands, the lot of 'em! Check Evolve for some real sh*te. An acoholic drummer in liver failure, a drug casualty singer who persists in taking drugs, a guitarist with mild anxiety/depression and a bassist who can hardly get out of the house due to work / childcare commitments. Why are we not famous?

Thank you! Yes, it's great to have him on board in the band! - I met him about a year ago before I approached him to join 'the void'.. We all get on really well and have very similar ideas about how we wanna go about our 'direction'. - He's a great drummer and I am defintely looking forward to cranking up the backline and play live!

Dood.
