I have two Genz Benz focus 2x10 cabinets which both give 300watts each - 600 total. 8 ohms each also. I'm tempted to get a Genz Benz shuttlemax 12.2 head; this would according to GB website allow me a max power from that amp of 750 watts. Guest bassman7755 Posted February 19, 2016 Share Posted February 19, 2016 Provided you don't go mental with low EQ boost on maxed out volume you will be fine, your honestly nowhere near the kind of amp over specking that requires any particular care (Ive run an amp 2.5 x speaker rating before).
