AlpherMako4
Hi, has anyone had, tried, played, gigged, recorded one of these, I want a spare 5 string. Experience and opinions would be helpful, thank you.
JTUK
They are ok... But there are far better basses made by cloners. The reason they are called super-jazzes is because they tend to blow the Fender's out of the water, IMO. Not saying they aren't decent Fender Jazzes..but you need to search them out. machinehead
They are excellent, especially the latest versions. Mine was a 1998sh - 5 tuners in a row and it played and sounded great. I've liked every one I've played in the last few years; but they've all been well set-up. Frank.
bubinga5
Imo there are better clones out there. Lakland for one, are way more consistent. If i was after a P or a J, it wouldn't be a Fender. For me finding a good one just isn't worth the hassle. Sometimes your paying for the name.
