jill scott live octave pedal

hi does any one know what octave or effect was used on the live jill scott recording on the second track called 'long walk'.

I would love to know this as well. The intro is so low i'd imagine it was keyboard
but then when the main groove comes in its a Bass

Is there any bass action like this on her new live dvd
Heard some of it on you tube its more jazzy the stuff i heard

I wish I knew as well.

It sounds like a good one. I learned the bass line a while back and my Boss OS-3 couldn't handle anything below a low A, but the bass on the recording goes at least to a low F#. Although I seem to remember it sounding like he turned it off for some of the sections.

Does anyone know of a pedal that can handle that kind of really low note?
