"Fender" project for someone near Humberside

This one looks like a cool project for someone. My guess is it's a Squier under all that carp, but I know nothing.

If I was nearer I'd enjoy cleaning it up and giving it a refret though.

Come to think of it, if someone near there wants it and wants a re-fret done for a bargain price, go for it and send me the neck when you're ready for a refret job.
