Twincam Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 Having a little difficulty finding an all round good sound on my Acg with an 01 pre amp. Clearly a very powerful tool and I am sure there's what I want in there. I understand fully how the filters work alas I'm still not finding an all round tone that is right for me, I thought it was my te combo but tried it on a fender rumble and got something totally different sounding. I can find certain good tones, when trying to find something of an all round tone I'm struggling a little. I either sound to dull/ woolly, too scooped or than overly trebly. This mainly effects the d and g what seems right on the e and a is wrong for the d,g. Any tips. I'm using new fender flats. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
