KennysFord
Thanks for the offers for trades but as ive not seen anything i fancy yet I've decided that my beloved Sterling and me can part company. As the first post she's in immaculate condition from head to toe and to my eye at least you'll struggle to find a nicer example than this. With the 3 band eq and the 5 way switch she's not just eye candy but very versatile to boot. The 5 way switching is; 1 (coils 1+2) stingray... i guess 2 (1+phantom) Mwaaaaagh 3 (1+2+3) oooh baby 4 (2+3) jazz on steroids 5 (3+phantom) not far off a P Comes with MM card case .......and the now very famous MM polishing cloth.ooooooooh ! I'm looking near as damn it £850 +postage.serious offers will be considered. ps,i know all about the "credit crunch" I have more foto's if anyone wants more, jus' let me know. Quatschmacher
Just to clarify: position 1 is not quite the same as a Stingray. A Stingray's pickups are wired in parallel, double pickup Sterlings have this position wired in series. (However, single H pickup model Sterlings do have this position wired in parallel.) So on the HS model, postion 1 is the same as position 3 on a single H model. Sill a great sound but doesn't quite have the more clicky treble of the parallel wiring.
