I'l give my mate a shout, and see if he needs any on his... [/quote] Bridge, strap pegs, covers (wth BIG BIG screwholes for some reason, finger rest, some screws, string tree and some other bits.. I'd have to look in the box to remember everything I also have the tortie scratch plate (but it's in seven carefully crafted and shaped pieces - ah the misdeeds of yoof) idea for repairs and patching. They are loaded with mojo and I'm afraid I do know what they are worth so they will be at serious, "collectors" prices ... I've got the 62 p pup too. That's my pension sorted. I also have the bridge from a '82 period US '62 re-issue p and some covers from about the same period but I suspect they are not Fender pieces. PM me if you are interested OG

anthomp
When i gig i always, always take the same two basses. home basses if you like. a five string Pedulla i bought from somebody here (always no.1)like a worn in pair of jeans. and a butterscotch fender dlx jazz iv that i always did my learning on, these two go with me everywhere i have many other basses that dont get the gig, like the Roscoe becks 2x 5's and a 4,great basses also a whole bunch of antigua fenders always look great to me,couple of ray's etc.etc. but like your favourite pair of trainers, you pick the same first every time. i would feel a twat if after 40 plus yrs, it was me who ride cymbal'd the headstock on a pub gig . anthomp yes i stand that side Edited September 27, 2008 by anthomp
