NancyJohnson Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 I've got a JAXT4 in black...I can certainly vouch for the build quality and tonally it ticks all the boxes. The sunburst T4 looks lush, but for me it's solid colours all the way. I feel an order coming on again at some stage. Quote
Happy Jack Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 My T5 in 3TS is simply lush. From the day I bought it (roughly a year ago) it's been my first-choice bass, and that's against some stiff competition. Neck dive? Some. Far less than a Gibson or Epiphone but it is there. On the other hand I always use Comfort Strapps and the neoprene is fairly grippy. A more noticeable issue is tuning the D string where the tuner is a helluva stretch (the G is underneath). My T4 experience actually comes from my PT4 so it's Precision shaped, but the same pickups. And by God are they good. Build quality is superb. I simply can't find anything to whinge about on either bass. Quote
