LeftySteve Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 All, I just wanted to say how amazed and touched I was by all of your responses. Truly incredible. Steve would have been stunned, a little embarrased, and cursing me!!! ^_^ but my response would be it is a fitting tribute to a first class man. You're right - you are a family, and believe me, that is what will see you through anything. Thank you. And as Steve would say, lets rock. Polly xxx Quote

As others have said already, but it never hurts to say again, condolences on your loss Polly Quote
jakenewmanbass Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 It's so wrong for one so young to leave the people he loves behind. I'm sure he would be happiest if you paid tribute to his memory with a long and happy life remembering him. very sad Quote

jhk Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 I actually met him once when buying a piece of bass gear from him.I`m stunned as it was relatively recently. We spoke on the phone a few times and met once for the sale.He was so full of enthusiasm for bass playing in general ,and was talking of forthcoming events.Having just read of his passing I cannot but help but feel incredibly sad and would love to express my condolences to his wife and family.
